'The bog woman is brewing' is an old danish saying for low lying thick mist at dusk or dawn over bog and meadow. She is related to elves and the people below ground. If you see waves in the mist it is the elves dancing. They lure and seduce people into dancing with them. Their victims loose their minds. It is said that elves are stunning but from the back they look like a rotten hollow tree.
